Care instructions

The high-gloss coated items can be wiped off with a damp towel. The sides are not sealed and with enough water exposure can discolor the image under the gloss. I would not recommend showering with earrings on or submerging products.

Gift wrapping and packaging

Magnets, badge reels and earrings will be taped or mounted on a decorative piece of cardstock and placed within a clear plastic bag.

Coffee mugs and vinyl stickers are shipped within cardboard and bubble wrap.

My packages are bulky after securing for shipment. They will not fit through a mail slot. If this is the only means of getting your package, please contact me to work out a way to make it fit. Packages returned to me for not fitting in the slot will be refunded minus shipping. =D

Gift wrapping and packaging

All my orders are on cute cardstock, inside a plastic baggie, wrapped in bubble wrap then wrapped in white paper.

Do you do donations to charities?

Ahhhh, sadly not in the online world. =(

Will you ship international?

Yes! Please contact me through my contact form. I will create a custom listing for you containing the total price for all the items you want then you will need to pay the shipping cost.. Pleaseeeeeeeee be aware you have to pay for your own Vats and Custom fees. With APO addresses I will need to get confirmation from customer before I can ship.

What do I do if my item is lost in the mail?

Let me know! If tracking shows that it’s stuck in transit there is still hope. =D I’ll see if I can get your item moving again. If the item is lost during transit I will reship.

What if I gave the wrong address?

If the item has not been shipped I can still change it let me know ASAP. If the item has been shipped there is not more that I can do until if/when I get the item back I will offer a refund for the item not shipping.

What if my item says delivered but I have not got it?

It is the buyer’s responsibility to contact their local post office to understand why their package was marked delivered but not received. You can state the Tracking Number and ask for the geo location to get the most up-to-date information. I cannot cover the cost as I did ship the item and there are too many variables as to why the package is not there. Please do not order if you are not willing to do this.
